Sales Representative

The role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious sales representative to join our sales and marketing team. The sales team is responsible for generating new business opportunities, joining incubation programs, and closing deals with customers. Also, they are responsible for identifying current customers’ needs and transfer the insights to the marketing team. We are a frontline team, we are constantly in contact with the market and with potential customers, from big corporations to small companies.

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

We look for exceptional people and give them a level of responsibility, exposure and autonomy that will accelerate their career. What we are looking for is someone who can deal with cold calls, cold emailing, prospecting without losing motivation, that can understand our technology and that can deliver value from the first call to customers. You will learn about the intricates of doing business in an accelerated world and how to make money from disruptive technologies.

  • Find new customers along all possible channels. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Googling, events, calls and email.

  • Reaching them out for presenting Cooling Photonics products and solutions and making them an offer.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Close deals with customers and document every step and process on the CRM.

  • Develop together with marketing the sales materials (Flyers, presentations…).

  • Improving the sales process, funnels, and the CRM.

  • Work with external sales representatives to increase the deal flow.

Minimum requirements

  • Outgoing, you do not fear at all talking to new people, building new relationships, and selling any kind of stuff.

  • Basic knowledge about Customer Relationship Management.

  • Passionate about industry and tech solutions.

  • Great ability with power point, excel and word.

  • Proven record of accomplishment for working well across teams and with external partners.

  • You are a strong communicator (Spanish and English) and can explain complex issues in clear, persuasive language.



  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative, collaborative, and like to work in a high performant team to solve problems.

  • Ability to meet deadlines with quality output deliverables.

  • Flexible to accept new challenges in the future, and to evolve together with the changing R&D demands of our high-tech environment.

  • Proactive and autonomous character

  • Excellent team player with particularly good communication and reporting skills.

  • International trading would be appreciated.

Summary of conditions:

  • Full time work (40h/week) or part time (20h/week)

  • Contract Length: depending on university.

  • Competitive salary to be tailored to qualifications and demonstrated experience.

  • Estimated Incorporation date: As soon as possible.

  • 30-day holidays.

  • Possibility of hybrid working.

  • No suits! Unless it is Carnival or Halloween.
